With an aging population, one of the major concerns is Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia, which unfortunalty has no cure. Alzheimers and dementia (AD), has become a major epidemic in North America. An estimated 1 in every 9 people over 65 in America have Alzheimers. World wide, nearly 44 million people have Alzheimers, or a similar dementia costing the world roughly 605 billion dollars [1]. In light of this, it has become increasingly important to find ways to prevent this disease before it arrives.
